Play an important role in contributing to the overall functioning of the office by providing operational and project-level support to local Operations, Finance and HR teams and the Hub Leader, Global Services Boston. Areas of support include but are not limited to:
• Create, track response and analyze results for various office wide surveys
• Assist with affiliation events - work directly with the events manager on tasks such as but not limited to location research, registration website build, and participant tracking, decor & giveaway purchasing, post-event budget reconciliation and survey management
• Assist with administrative tasks related to occupancy such as updating floorplans, monitoring office occupancy, creating day locker assignments project
• Provide support to internal operations for a variety of internal projects. Collaborate with Local Finance and HR teams on various projects as needed
• Provide support with planning of various office events - staff meetings, monthly new hire recognition events, social impact meetings. Assist with the development of PowerPoint decks for these events

• Must meet Co-op program requirements of the current college/university academic department. Student must be approved by college/university to participate in the program.
• Must be able to work full-time (40 hours a week) during the full duration of the program
