Chief of Staff
As the Chief of Staff, you will play a critical role in supporting the CEO by managing administrative tasks, assisting with strategic projects, coordinating presentations, and overseeing the CEO's agenda. This is a hybrid role that requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the CEO to manage and prioritize their agenda, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Assist in the preparation of strategic projects, including conducting research, analyzing data, and developing recommendations.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between the CEO and other members of the executive team, as well as external stakeholders.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials for internal and external meetings.
- Manage special projects as assigned by the CEO, ensuring timely completion and alignment with company priorities.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and other departments within the organization, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications
- MBA degree.
- Previous experience in a consulting firm or similar role preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
