Role Overview
We’re looking for a highly motivated entry-level Chief of Staff to support senior leaders within our Executive Leadership team. This position will report directly to the CEO. Our ideal candidate is a team player, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and has strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail. As we continue to scale rapidly, we’re looking for a self-starter with a passion for administrative work and experience supporting VP and C-level execs in a fast-paced scaling startup environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assisting with special projects and initiatives with skillful oversight and support
- Working closely with senior leaders with detailed company operations analysis
- Attending meetings on behalf of the executive leader to write notes and assist with strategic planning across the organization
- Being the chief executive’s personal timekeeper, orchestrating their schedule and planning essential travels
- Acting on behalf of the CEO to answer inquiries
- Pinpointing and addressing core issues within business processes
- Juggling multiple requests for executives' time using strong business judgment to prioritize the requests in real-time
- Preparing executive expense reports and purchase requisitions
- Acting as the point of contact for executive’s guests
- Assisting in ad-hoc projects and personal requests as needed
- Drafting internal and external communications on behalf of the executives
- Helping plan and carry out executive off-site and team events
What You'll Have
- 3-5 years of experience in Chief of Staff role
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience
- Comfortable with managing a dynamic workload and able to make decisions independently
- Previous experience supporting multiple senior-level executives
- Exceptional time management, organizational, and data analytical skills
- Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, flexible, and professional
- Willingness to roll your sleeves up and get the job done
- Project Manager experience (1-2 years)
- Gatekeeper to the CEO (discretion is key)
- Strong sense of urgency and a forward thinker (one step ahead)
- Most important is the ability to accept change and be very flexible
- Proficient in GSuite and Excel

Salary
$124,000 - $167,800 a year
Salary pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, the successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on factors including job-related skills, experience, certifications, qualifications, relevant education or training, and market conditions. These ranges are subject to change in the future.
Depending on the position offered, equity, bonus, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, pre-tax commuter and health care/dependent care accounts, 401k plan, life and disability benefits, flexible time off, paid parental leave, and 11 paid holidays annually.
