I am a seasoned strategic Business Operations & People Director with over 9 years of experience building diverse start ups from the ground up. As a BizOps specialist I have managed expansion and creative projects, $1MM finances, operations processes and efficiencies, and both large and small teams across various industries, including B2C SaaS tech, real estate, customer service/attractions, and retail. My career has been marked by a consistent track record of delivering high-impact results and successfully driving multiple initiatives from concept to completion. I have had the pleasure of recruiting and hiring over 100 people for various roles across various industries. I take pride in being a trusted advisor, known for my ability to craft insightful solutions for senior executives, all while thriving in cross-functional roles within fast-paced, high-growth environments.
